FAQ's

Should you not be satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return this for for an exchange, full refund or gift voucher credit as long as the product is in a resalable condition.

Please note: All custom products i.e. Instagram stickers cannot be returned.

All exchanges are at the customers expense, we highly advise using a trackable service when sending your return back to us.

At SAITOWORKS® we are constantly striving to deliver a better service to our customers. By partnering with Klarna & Afterpay we can now offer all UK customers the option to 'Buy Now, Pay Later' or 'Pay in 3 Instalments' with 0% interest and no fees (UK). (Only applicable to UK orders over £35).

Please note: Klarna and Afterpay is available for pre-order items when purchased upfront.

In the event that a SAITOWORKS® product fails due to a manufacturing defect, it may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of our team. Please note that replacements are made subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to offer a full refund in lieu of any faulty items under warranty.

We offer free shipping to mainland UK addresses when you spend over ££100.00.

For orders below this £100.00 threshold, we offer the following delivery option:

Royal Mail 48 £4.95 – estimated processing and shipping time of
2-3 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and during our busier periods.

“Working days” are taken to mean Monday – Friday so orders placed after 11am on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. UK bank holidays are not included for the purpose of “working days”.

We provide tracking numbers on all orders once fulfilled and dispatched by our warehouse team. These can be used to follow the progress of your delivery and in some cases to change address or delivery details if required.
