Order delivery estimates

United Kingdom

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, which has a delivery estimate of 2-3 working days after the date of dispatch and can be tracked via the link sent via email.

 

European Union

For orders within the European Union, delivery is estimated at 10-15 working days after dispatch. DHL Express is estimated at 2-5 working days after dispatch.



Rest of the world

For orders outside of the European Union, we estimate 15-20 working days after dispatch for delivery, although this may be longer depending on your location and possible customs delays.

US (DHL Express)

DHL express services to the USA are estimated at 1-4 working days after the date of dispatch. Rural areas can be estimated up to 5 working days depending on location.

Is your order late? We kindly ask that you wait a couple of days past the latest estimated delivery date before contacting us regarding a late order, as in most cases it’ll be a slight courier delay and the order will actually arrive. If it has been a few days past the latest delivery estimate, please get in touch and we will look into it for you. 

Shipping charges

All shipping charges are calculated based upon the size and weight of items in your order, so will vary.

UK –  Delivery starts from £2.00 or FREE when you spend over £75

European Union – Delivery starts from £8.95 (DHL Express delivery available)

Rest of the World – Delivery starts from £11.95 (DHL Express delivery available to US Only)

Dispatch TImes

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of the order being received, however please be aware that this may not be possible during extremely busy periods therefore our disptach window will be extended. Please drop us an email if your order hasn’t dispatched within 7 working days.

Please note that orders are not processed over the weekend, all orders from 10am GMT Friday onwards will be dispatched from Tuesday (Unless we’re in a busy period during the year i.e Black Friday & Christmas). We are also closed for UK bank holidays.

CUSTOMS CHARGES/VAT

All orders shipped outside of the UK will be liable for customs charges at your local rate, these will be payable by you upon receipt of the goods.

European Union Update

As the United Kindom is no longer part of the European Union, all orders made after 1st January 2021 will be subject to import VAT at your local rate, this will be payable by you upon receipt of the goods. These are fees charged by your country’s customs agency and postal service. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
