When it came to designing our hoodies, we agreed that they must hit 3 important criteria's. Firstly, they must be well-constructed and highly durable. Secondly, they need to be comfortable, featuring soft teddy fleece on the inside and brushed combed cotton on the outside for an incredibly soft feel, not forgetting the waffle-lined hood. Lastly, the material blend had to be optimal for our manufacturers to ensure a flawless finish, whether screen-printed or embroidered, every time. This commitment to quality sets a new industry standard for car enthusiast brands.

Garment Care
Garment Care
These instructions will cover the majority of our range from merchandise to trousers, tees, hoodies and jackets.
Turn the garment inside out prior to washing in order to protect any external tassels, buttons or seams.
Do not bleach, tumble dry, hot iron or dry clean.
Wash on a low temperature (30°C is fine), low spin with a gentle non-bio detergent. For fleece layers, try to minimise washing where possible and hand wash if you can with a detergent designed for delicates.
Air dry where possible – do not leave on a radiator and avoid tumble drying on a high heat / for a prolonged period of time. Be conscious when hanging garments to dry that this can lead to stretching if not supported appropriately.

Contact us if your order has not dispatched within 7 working days as long as it doesn't contain any items on back and/or pre-order.

FAQ's
Return or exchange my item?
Should you not be satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return this for for an exchange, full refund or gift voucher credit as long as the product is in a resalable condition.
Please note: All custom products i.e. Instagram stickers cannot be returned.
All exchanges are at the customers expense, we highly advise using a trackable service when sending your return back to us.

At SAITOWORKS® we are constantly striving to deliver a better service to our customers. By partnering with Klarna & Afterpay we can now offer all UK customers the option to 'Buy Now, Pay Later' or 'Pay in 3 Instalments' with 0% interest and no fees (UK). (Only applicable to UK orders over £35).

Warranty
In the event that a SAITOWORKS® product fails due to a manufacturing defect, it may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of our team. Please note that replacements are made subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to offer a full refund in lieu of any faulty items under warranty.
UK Delivery Options
We offer free shipping to mainland UK addresses when you spend over £100.00.
For orders below this £100.00 threshold, we offer the following delivery option:
Royal Mail 48 £4.95 – estimated processing and shipping time of
2-3 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and during our busier periods.
“Working days” are taken to mean Monday – Friday so orders placed after 11am on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. UK bank holidays are not included for the purpose of “working days”.

We provide tracking numbers on all orders once fulfilled and dispatched by our warehouse team.
