Should you not be satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return this for for an exchange, full refund or gift voucher credit as long as the product is in a resalable condition.

Please note: All custom products i.e. Instagram stickers cannot be returned.

All exchanges are at the customers expense, we highly advise using a trackable service when sending your return back to us.

In the event that a SAITOWORKS® product fails due to a manufacturing defect, it may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of our team. We offer free shipping to mainland UK addresses when you spend over ££100.00.

For orders below this £100.00 threshold, we offer the following delivery option:
