We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).

SaitoWorks reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

16. Gift Cards

E-gift cards are delivered via email only and can be redeemed at SaitoWorks.com on any product with the exception of purchasing further gift cards. They may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference. If you do not spend the entire balance on the e-gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. E-gift cards should be treated as cash; they are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. SaitoWorks will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. E-gift cards cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. SaitoWorks reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.

17. Store Credit Giveaway

You must have a fully registed account via our website to qualify entry for our in-store credit offer. Every week, we will reward customers that share photos and videos using the hashtags #saitoworks #SWFJPN or by directly tagging us @saitoworks.jp. Alternatively, you may enter by sending us some photos directly via hello@saitoworks.com. Store correct will be issued in quantities of £10.00 GBP. Every week this will be distrubuted between 1-5 customers that qualify. We will contact you before issuing any funds, funds can be used via checkout and will deduct from a balance on your SaitoWorks account.

18. Store Discounts

We only offer 2 types of discounts, 10% via our sign up form to the official SaitoWorks newsletter, and 10% for repeat customers via the thankyou card that you receive from any given order. Please note our discounts exclude our pre-discounted mystery packs, skatedecks, items on sale, Limited Edition products and some apparel items. Please see product listings for more details.
